『特徴』（Product introduction）
乾燥感のあるアメリカ、オーストラリアの混合綿を使用、その原綿をカーディングする際、機械の調整でネップを作り、レピア織機で糸に強度を加えながら織ることで生地自体の強度を高めたバックネップ素材を使用したBN(バックネップ)Baseballキャップです。このバックネップ素材は表面に上品さを出すためシルケット加工をせず染色、ネップの凹凸を残しながら自然で上品な表情に仕上げました。またハリコシを出すために樹脂で硬仕上げを施し防風性の向上と洗濯による形状変化を抑える加工を加えました。マーキングはカラー名の末文字を採用しました。

This BN (Back Nep) Baseball Cap is crafted from a "Back Nep" fabric made with a blend of dry-touch American and Australian cotton. During the carding process, the machinery is specifically adjusted to create neps (small clusters of fibers). The material is then woven on a rapier loom to enhance the yarn's durability, resulting in an exceptionally strong fabric. To maintain a refined appearance, the fabric is dyed without mercerization, preserving the natural, textured feel of the neps while achieving an elegant finish. Additionally, a resin hard-finish is applied to provide structure and stiffness, which improves wind resistance and prevents the cap from losing its shape after washing. The front marking features the last character of each color name.
